There is a lien or a problem on the title.
Ask Your closing attorney
Only a licensed Georgia attorney may close the sale, and title questions are part of that work. Legal advice about a defect comes from an attorney.
I got an email with new wiring instructions.
Ask Your closing attorney’s office, by phone
Do not send money. Call the office at a number you looked up yourself. If money already went out, call your bank at once and file a complaint with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center.

I live outside Georgia. Will tax be withheld from my sale?
