Who Answers Your Closing Question?

The short answer

Closing questions go to different people. Your lender answers loan and Closing Disclosure questions, your closing attorney answers title and money questions, the Lumpkin County Clerk of Superior Court keeps deeds, and the Tax Commissioner and Assessor handle property tax and homestead. Pick your question to see who to call.
